Egham, UK, 12 July 2021 –Spectris plc, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Concurrent Real-Time, Inc., a global provider of high-performance, real-time computational hardware and software solutions, having received all regulatory approvals.
From today, Concurrent Real-Time becomes part of HBK – Hottinger Brüel & Kjær, marking the completion of the transaction in line with its strategy to enhance and grow its market-leading simulator platform businesses and fully integrate hardware-in-the-loop (‘HiL’) technology.
