Ken Jackson

President and CEO

Ken has more than 35 years of diverse engineering and management experience in the computer industry. During his tenure at Concurrent Real-Time, Ken has held many senior executive positions in development, marketing. business development, professional services and customer support. Ken holds B.S degrees in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, and a Masters in computer engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Andy McMillin

Chief Financial Officer

Andy joined Concurrent Real-Time as CFO in November 2017. Andy has over fifteen years of leadership experience at high-growth technology companies. His areas of expertise include financial and product planning, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing. He received his undergraduate degree and Master’s degree from Purdue University.

Vince Hauber

Vice President, Product Management

Vince has been with Concurrent Real-Time since 1969. During his career at Concurrent, Vince has worked in software development, program management, product marketing, contracts, sales support, service operations, business software implementation and information technology. Prior to Concurrent, Vince served as an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Loyola University in Maryland.

Dave Shantz

Vice President, Operations

David has held numerous leadership positions during his 33 years at Concurrent including his current position as Vice President of Operations. He oversees Manufacturing, Systems Integration, Purchasing, Customer Repairs Services, Printed Circuit and Cable Assembly, Quality Inspection, Fabrication, and Shipping and Receiving teams.

Bill Kahn

Vice President, North American Sales

Bill joined Concurrent Real-Time in 1986. Bill moved to sales after three years in supporting technical roles. Bill has advanced from Account Manager to Director, Sr. Director and on to Vice President of Sales in his 32 years with the company. Bill is still a direct contributor to sales covering the Northeast region of the U.S. and Canada in addition to his role as head of North American sales. Bill graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BESM and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Masayuki Karasawa

Vice President, Concurrent Nippon

Mas has been with Concurrent’s Japanese subsidiary for over 45 years. Prior to his current management responsibilities, Mas has worked in systems engineering, field technical support, business development and sales. In addition to his General Director role, Mas also serves as account manager for several of Concurrent Real-Time’s major Japanese customers. Mas has a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Birgit Grossmann

Managing Director, Concurrent HPS Europe

Birgit has been with Concurrent Real-Time since 1993. She has served in varied management and financial positions in Concurrent’s European subsidiaries. Birgit has over 35 years of experience in finance and advanced managerial accounting. Birgit holds degrees in Business Administration and Languages from the University of Cologne, and is fluent in German, French and English.
